  • Wiley Office Furniture’s showroom and customer service is open from 8am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and by appointment.
• HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS ON MY ORDER

  • You will receive an email confirmation when you order is placed.
• HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

  • After 24 hours, orders may be subject to manufacturer’s charges for changes or cancellations
• RESOLVING PROBLEMS WITH AN ORDER

  • If the issue is a product defect or other service related problem, you can also submit a Service Request online on our home page
  • If you are working with one of our sales staff, then you can also contact your sales representative to address the problem with your order

• CREDIT CARD BILLINGS
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. Your credit card will be charged within 1 working day of placing your order.
• HOW DO I PAY WITH A CHECK
  • Online orders must be paid with a credit card.
  • Wiley Office Furniture can process orders to be paid with a personal or corporate check. Personal checks must be from Illinois residents. Orders to be paid via check must be facilitated through our showroom and sales staff.
  • If you are interested in placing an order to be paid by check, then please call 1-888-963-2766 or email springfield@wileyoffice.com. Ask for our sales staff and reference the item you saw on-line that you would like purchase.
• WHAT ARE THE TYPICAL LEAD TIME AND DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
  • Most items will arrive within 10 to 15 working days. Selected items may be available within 7 to 10 working days.
  • Special order items generally have longer lead times, ranging from 15 to 30 working days.
  • Stock items are generally available for delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
  • Customer pickups can also be arranged, with the delivery fee waived or refunded.
• ARE THE ONLINE ITEMS THE ONLY ITEMS AVAILABLE
  • Wiley Office Furniture offers an extensive variety of items beyond what is listed in the online store.
  • Due to the extensive range of component, fabric and finish options available through our manufacturers, we cannot offer every item and option through the online store.
