Return Policy

Standard order product returned within 30 days of purchase not due to a mistake by Wiley Office Furniture or due to manufacturer’s defect will be subject to a 25% to 50% re-stocking charge along with cost of freight/pickup. Custom/special orders can only be returned in accordance with manufacturer’s requirements. Generally, custom/special orders either cannot be returned or will be subject to re-stocking charges between 505 and 100%. Both standard and custom items cannot be returned after 30 days.

Returns due to manufacturer errors/defects or Wiley Office Furniture mistake will be replaced at no cost.

Freight, assembly, delivery and installation fees are not refundable. The items must be in like new condition, with all paperwork, parts and accessories and without damage to receive refunds for the return.

Please review the following return policy notes:

• All returned items must be in new/original condition. Items returned in damaged condition will be subject to enhanced re-stocking fees up to 100% of the item value, depending on the nature/severity of the damage. Assessment of damage is at the sole discretion of Wiley Office Furniture.
• A return authorization is required for all returns. Please contact customer service at 888-963-2766 or at through the “Contact Us” section of our website.
• All freight/shipping costs associated with items are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the freight/shipping company damages the returned merchandize en route back to the Wiley Office Furniture warehouse, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a freight damage claim with the shipping company.
  • If the freight/shipping company damages the returned merchandize en route back to the Wiley Office Furniture warehouse, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a freight damage claim with the shipping company.
• Full purchase price (less any exchange/return/restocking fees) will be refunded within 30 days via corporate check after receipt of items at our warehouse (300 East Oak, Springfield, IL 62703).
• All clearance merchandise sales are final and may not be returned/exchanged.
