Shipping and Delivery Options & Information

The Wiley Office Online Store offers standard company delivery services for purchases within 50 miles of Springfield, Illinois. These are listed as Areas A through D in the shipping options and are based on your zip code. Deliveries outside these areas will require a special quote based on your location.

Standard delivery is an inside delivery of the items to the room of your choice with all items assembled and in normal working condition. All associated debris and packing materials are removed. Standard deliveries are during regular working hours (between 8am and 5pm), Monday through Friday.

Special conditions will be addressed on a case by case basis and will require a revised price quote. Special conditions include:

• Evening, weekend or holiday deliveries
• Deliveries up or down more than one flight of stairs
• Deliveries to locations with unique conditions including restricted/security access; old or historic buildings; buildings with unusually small doorways, stairways and hallways and other unique conditions
• Deliveries outside a 50 mile radius of Springfield, IL
• Deliveries taking more than 30 minutes for the crew at the client site
• Other special conditions as determined by Wiley Office management

Special conditions will be quoted on a labor-hour basis at the applicable company hourly labor rate.
